Lots of building work going on here at the moment. Shopping centre is always super hot, especially Marks and Spencer. A half decent selection of shops. I don't like to park here as the multi storey is quite tight, but the bays are nice and wide for larger cars.

Toilet sign ..nowhere to be seen as you come out from the Lifts. .opposite John Lewis...From Kings Parking lot. smells disgusting while on repairs. Could be avoided. Puts you off shopping. Good service for old and disabled people ...Auto scooters.love them. Need more entertaining stalls for children under 5years .to attract ..lasting at least 30mins.. And more resting chairs in between the malls. Also Water Should Be Available As That Is Vitally IMPORTANT In LARGE Shopping Malls..Free...or reasonable charges. .near the toilets .

Love this shopping centre. Baby Friendly! Many stores and with more to come! Always lots of parking with many spaces for parents with children and disabled too. Security are visible both in the shopping centre and car parks, constantly patrolling and always helpful when asked questions. The centre is always clean including the baby change and the toilets! And Santa’s Grotto was absolutely magical!

We visited what the center whilst on an overnight stop in London - best shops in the planet. Very friendly staff loved the layout of center. Lively, friendly staff, amazing food and the atmosphere just made center the type of place you want to go on your day off work/day out with friends or loved ones Highly recommend

A decent indoor shopping centre. Plenty of parking but expect a queue - the entrance to the multi story is not very well laid out. Great places to eat or pick up a quick snack
