Very poor customer service my wife ordered a shopping delivery. when it arrived it was just over £70 worth of missing food etc when my wife rang to explain they accused her of lieing and didn't refund us and left us short of food for that week. We won't be using Asda again shame really as we've shopped with them for over 18 years
Good shop for produce, meat and home products. Sells George clothing which is good quality. Good offers throughout the store. Large Frozen section. Friendly staff and good customer service.
Rude staff at self checkout trolley kisok. After we scanned items she grabbed our items and told us to queue elsewhere. There were 2 empty kiosks nobody is using. She should have directed the basket kiosk waiting customer to trolley kisok if not busy like today. Asda no longer offer online feedback so I have no choice but to post here about the experience. Excellent service from Vida today, she took time to say hello to my little one and was really very lovely, i didnt catch the name of the other lady at the customer service kiosk with the green and black witches hat but she was also lovely! Infact on multiple occassions staff have taken the time to stop and say hello to my daughter and it really makes a difference to the whple shopping experience of trying to do it with a one year old!
This review relates to ASDA online groceries. I want everyone to be aware that you cannot shop online with ASDA if you dont own a mobile phone! This is ridiculous! Tesco dont have these restrictions and not everyone has a mobile phone. Customer Services staff are mostly foreigners and some have very bad English speaking skills. There is no way to contact the person who left the response below to my review! I already tried to enter my landline number but was told the number was incorrect! The Google notification was a noreply email as well. So no further forward......sigh...... sign of the times isnt it?!
ASDA Groceries Online - Hemel One star is too much! Made an online order on 26 October. Half of the order was delivered. 36 days later, numerous calls and emails and still no refund. We will never use you again.
Not a bad store since it’s usually quiet but they don’t always sell everything that you need. Good parking spots

Staff are hard working and very helpful. Need a coat down by the chillers
I think it's an overall great shop and sells the best watermelon
