Fantastic park situated alongside the river. Great waterjet play area, next to a traditional larger play park. Both are enclosed. Various areas to suit ages 3 and upwards. There is also a large field with outdoor climbing activities and a zip line as well.nThere is also a large skatepark area.nThere is a cafe situated next to the parks, chips are £2.50, with lots of other food available. Ice creams as well. I have posted the price lists as of August 2024.nThe toilets are located at the same building, clean and perfect as well as a baby changing area.nBehind the cafe is an enclosed flower garden which is beautiful and relaxing. A perfect reading spot.nThere are benches located all around the park and all along the river.. Perfect for a picnic.nThere is also a funfair on the adjacent field, £2 a ride, various rides, twister, dodgems, trampolines, inflatable slides, and tea cups etc for smaller children.nAll in all a fantastic park, well with a visit!
Beautiful park. Almost everything you could need for a full day there. Just wish the toilets & cafe facilities were brought a bit more up to date.
Excellent arrangements for kids play area. Very big overall with different area for playing different things. Even has a cafe inside it with free toilet facilities. Beautiful views of the river and great landscapes.nThe only down side is the paid car park but it should not bother you much. Must visit once for sure.nA big thumbs up

Always a pleasurable family experience, the park generally is lovely and well suited to various ages with the splash pad open during the summer months being our little ones favourite! Plenty of short walks and good facilities too, the only draw back is the limited parking but given how good this place is, that's not unexpected.
