New dog park, very poor tiny little space and no seating. Disappointed

Lovely park however the girls in the kiosk lack customer service skills. Items i bought were out of date and damaged and they refused to swap them! Reason... I'd allready opend tge wrappers, why should that matter? They were also rude to my 10 year old when he didnt queue to ask if any tomatoe sauce as one on table was empty. Not only had he allready made a purchase he is 10. There was a huge queue so why should he allow his food to get cold while waiting for a queue to get down to ask for more. This day really annoyed me as id been dropped off here amd it was only lucky i had a 10pound note in my pocket, the rest of my money id forgot and didnt have access to fpr 2hours untill my partner returned. I also had 3 children to feed so as a snack purchased 1 hot dog and one tray of chips to share as thats all i could afford at that point. When i then recieved out of date crisps and an out of date drink i was very unhappy that they would not swap them over. I then had one pound left so we went to the kiosk once more and bought a malteasers chocolate bar which had yet another problem with it. The chocolate had fully melted and gone all white. There was a mound of loose biscuit pieces at the top and re hardened chocolate at the bottom. They wouldn't swap this faulty item either!. Unfortunately the facilities here has made me question if id return or if i did then it would have to be for a quick play in the park. Not for several hours.
