We have just transferred to this surgery and are so impressed with it. You can actually make a planned appointment, early ones too, to fit in around work if necessary. The staff are very polite and accommodating. So pleased we changed to this Practice.

This is the best medical practice in Stockton! I left this surgery two and a half years ago to move to Bedale l wish l hasn't and had just travelled to see the doctors, any way l moved back last year and with no trouble at all they took me back on their books. Since returning to them all my needs have been met with the best care possible, l suffered pain for some time with the new Practice l registered with but as soon as l came back here l was seen to straight away and sent to the hospital! They also look after my mum and to be honest l must phone nearly everyday for one thing or another. I have to say that they are always very pleasant and can't do enough to help me. So anyone who says differently l do find it hard to believe. I wouldn't change from here even if l move again l would rather travel the distance to get the top quality service this practice offer

I was transferred to the riverside medical after the closure of Dr Henrie's surgery. I have never known it be so hard to obtain medical care as is the case with this medical centre. The system is horrendous with phone lines always engaged and when you do get through the staff speak to you like your a massive inconvenience in their day. I've had a uti for over 4 months and have only just been referred for further investigations! Not surprising though seems I've had water samples lost,calls not returned and weeks waiting for appointments. I've had to go to walk-ins and a&e for treatment and I could go on. I am now looking to register myself and family with a competent surgery. Stay well clear!

I have been a patient at this Practice for over three decades. During the latter years I have endured two major illnesses. The Riverside Team accommodated my complex medical needs and also provided guidance from a confidence standpoint in these difficult years. Their dedicated expertise was perfection itself which I and my family have found to always be the case. If you require a small friendly Family Doctor Partnership coupled with the availability of modern diverse treatments look no further than the Riverside Surgery.
