I had to hop on here as I'm so appalled at the negative reviews! It's almost as if some people are visiting a completely different practice to me! I've been a patient here all my life and have been very lucky to have had 3 superb doctors. I honestly couldn't pay for better 'service'. I find the practice to be extremely clean, modern, bright / all of the staff to be kind, thoughtful, helpful, accommodating / the speed that calls are taken to be generally very good and I also use the Airmid app to obtain blood test results generally available the day after having my blood taken, information about my history /ailments etc and also to order any necessary medication without an ounce of hassle. I don't understand - what more could anyone want / ask for?
It used to be difficult to get through and see a doctor, especially the phone back system which didn't work as there didn't seem to be a good connection. Over the past year I've been very impressed at being offered appointments on an evening and weekends! Also being able to see my own doctor. The staff have always been lovely and genuinely helpful, it was getting to see them that used to be a problem. Big thumbs up from me, new doctor has been super efficient and caring and once again I feel confident and happy with the service.
I called 3 times in one week and i have been told there is no doctors to consult me, the week after that i called to repeat my prescription and i was told that it cant be done over the phone. Where can i reach out to be helped and who is taking care of this system
10/10. Have been with Tennant Street since I was born, and cannot fault them at all. Staff are always so kind and so are the nurses and doctor. Of course it is hard to get through to them as all doctors are however once you are through, they deal with your enquiry efficiently with the upmost respect and friendliness. The online system is great and they are really quick with their responses online. They have dealt with all my requests and have not dismissed me at all when asking them multiple questions regarding my parents or myself or if I was to ever require something such as blood results they promptly emailed me them. Thank you very much, keep up the good work cannot recommend them enough
They keep forgetting to order my repeat prescriptions.nIt's now 2025, and they have not taken rybelsus off my medication, as I personally requested, and sent me more I'm allergic..and they have stopped my night time Medstead. With no explanation. Reception staff have a high overturn. They need to get their service more organised, quickly.nThey have today removed me from their list, due to me missing an appointment with being sick.
