Rude staff. Can never get appointment. Doctors don't know a cold from chlymidia. 8 could go on
Rude receptionist and impossible to get an appointment. The receptionist also say very rude things about the patients who just rang and the doctors have slammed the phone down on me and left me without any help. I just rang this morning and was out on hold for 30 minutes and then told I hadn't rang the appointment number. Instead of transfering me or trying to help, the receptionist was very rude and refused to help. I have additional needs and the staff don't know how to talk to someone who might not understand things properly.
I have been with dr. Oliver for 5 years and she has shown us nothing but compassion and guidance. Dr. Mohammed has also been wonderful and kind if she hasnt been available. Nurse stephanie has all the time in the world for me ans nurse eileen the asthma nurse. They will sit and listen to everything i have to say. Ive been throigh a lot and they all know and are always there to talk to. I would be lost without the whole team i go and i feel like im known on a personal level and i feel so at ease.
Best doctor I’ve ever had! My whole family is registered here and I always feel like they do everything they possibly can to help. I don’t normally leave reviews but really wanted to after the doctor helped my son this morning
Difficult to get an appointment at the moment but that is understandable with the present situation, but the surgery contacted me recently to go for my first covid jab, girls are always polite and friendly when you call or do manage to get an appointment before covid, i have been with the surgery since birth 67 years and have always been well looked after
Phoned constantly for a hour and half. On the 254 attempt got an answer no apts left and unable to book any apts for future, next week next month etc nothing. Need to call back again tomorrow. Really.
Doctor chawla is lovely, receptionists are mostly very helpful. Practice manager.... absolute waste of space
