Great, intimate gender scan. Had to swap locations last minute due to staff illness but every thing was sorted for us. Was very welcoming and we loved seeing the baby, the sonographer explained what he was doing. There was lots of photos and a couple of mini clips sent straight to my phone which was super handy. Definitely use again.

We booked for a baby date scan at 10 weeks as wanted reassurance all was well with baby before sharing the news with family and found these to be the cheapest place locally. When we went for the scan the technician and staff on the front desk were all really friendly and helpful. They gave us many views of baby and explained what we could see on the screen during the scan. Afterwards we were given several printed images plus access to all our pictures digitally 16 images. We really enjoyed this experience and would definitely use this site again for a scan or recommend to others.

Lovely friendly service, warm and welcoming, clean environment. The sonographer explained everything in detail and very fast results and report sent.

We went yesterday for our early gender scan for our twins and what a lovely experience we had. We were greeted on arrival and shown to the ultrasound room where we met Louise. We explained to Louise that we would like her to write the gender down for us to reveal at home with family. Louise first checked the wellbeing of both babies where measurements were taken, we were shown both heartbeats flickering away and Louise ensured she talked us through every part of the procedure which put our minds at rest.. Louise was able to make our babies move into a position that enabled her to determine both babies genders with little effort. We will definitely be returning for more scans. We revealed at home that we are having twin girls. We were sent pictures and videos from the scan via a link from the number provided at booking which is easy to access. There was no extra charge for multiple pregnancy even though extra time was spent. Looking forward to the next experience with Ultrasound Direct Would definitely recommend.

The staff where really friendly, went for my sister gender scan, the lady explained everything she was doing and showed my sister everything, explained she wouldn't be able to feel the baby as placenta was on the front of her belly but did reassurance her that the baby was healthy and moving and their was no issues, overall it was wonderful experience and would definitely use again and the scan pictures are lovely, clear and didn't have to pay extra for 4D scans.  Would definitely recommend to anyone who's looking for private scans

Had a wonderful experience today for our first baby and gender scan. The staff were fantastic, very welcoming and bubbly. Found out we are having a baby boy by using canon at home and got sent excellent videos and photos.

I’m not normally one for leaving reviews but I thought the service we received today was outstanding and worthy of a mention. As soon as we arrived the lady on reception was welcoming and dealt with us swiftly, then as we went into the room the lady doing the scan was very knowledgeable and friendly and gave us extra time as the baby wasn’t in the best position. Absolutely great service from start to finish, large TV to view the scan, large comfortable scan room, plenty of seats in reception, lovely staff, great price and they even gave us plenty of prints at no extra cost!

After a couple of complications with our pregnancy, we booked the gender scan at 24 weeks as we had not been able to find out. The receptionist was lovely and so welcoming. Angela, the sonograpger was very patient and got us some beautiful profile pics but could not get baby to give us a flash. She asked if we'd like to try a walk and come back as we had travelled quite far. She scanned again and fortunately baby moved. We are having a little girl! The experience was incredible and service impeccable. Both ladies were patient and helpful. If we have another we will be coming back. Thank you so much

Ultrasound Direct - Stockton provided a lovely, caring and sensitive service from start to finish. They talked me through everything that was on the screen, and showed me my babies heartbeat as soon as they found it which was super reassuring. Lovely environment and lovely staff.
