I have diabetes, they change my tablets, I feel worse and the receptionist " supervisor" say that doctor refuse to see me i have to wait 3 months cause we discussed that!!! As if.... I can't risk to go to diabetic coma ... my sugar level are a mess and he didn't even want to check it.... What can I say ... hope if something happen to me he will work and supply for my 16 - 9 and 5 years hold. Obviously other reviewers before make me look like i am correct thinking I better change my doctor fast.

Trying to even get through to the surgery is a joke a recorded message with disconnects you constantly. Then when through they always say no appointments available call back tomorrow to do same all over again. It can take months before you even get in to see a doctor even then your rushed in and out room and can only discuss one issue. Recently I was referred to specialist who said I urgently needed rerefering somewhere else this was in June and now nearly October and found they have not referred me and had right carry on trying to get answers to why. I'm awaiting them ringing me back but I won't hold my breathe there all incompetent. Worst surgery ever one thing after another with them. Oh and you never ever find out what's up with you I've been trying for years and got no where. I could go on and on but I'll end it there.

There's no option to rate zero stars. Sent me for an internal before doing a pregnancy test to investigate pain. A few days later I got a call saying my gp will ring me in a week's time to discuss results. The day before the phone call was supposed to happen I found out I was pregnant. Id recently miscarried and was rather concerned about the internal so rang the drs and was told a manager would call me. The next day after receiving no phone call I rang them again and spoke to said manager who advised me to wait for my gp to call and explain. I sat with my phone in my hand all day waiting for a call which didnt come. I rang the surgery at around 15:15 and was told he was going to ring me very soon an hour and fifteen minutes later I rang the reception yet again to ask where my phone call was I was told he's rang that morning and I missed my call so I have to wait until tomorrow there is no way possible I missed any calls id had my phone all day had no missed calls at all. Just avoiding explaining his royal screw up. Currently writing to the ombudsmen.

Staff generally helpful and courteous but making an appointment requires stamina. GP appointments seem to go very quickly and the surgery is usually in communicado by telephone until they're fully booked for the day ! Best to do it in person with a visit before this happens. The on-line system is good for ordering prescriptions but forget about the on-line appointments system, it's a joke. Several good GPs and 3-month prescribing is nice.

They say ring up at 8am to make an appointment! Excuse me but I ring up directly at 8am sometime 8:30am still no answer always goes to engaged till about 9am and when they do answer eventually they say there's no APPOINTMENTS for today!!! This is outrageous and very poor service they suppose to qualified professionals and should also have the right amount of STAFF which they do but don't use many certainly when it come down too making APPOINTMENTS they should have up to at least 3/5 staff members on calls for APPOINTMENTS but only 1 is at the desk on arrival after APPOINTMENTS are made which is terrible! Also when APPOINTMENTS are made or a Pacific time its always waiting over 1hr or more at the practice for the appointment to be carried out!!! And even the doctors are not that professional due to the fact they diagnosis you wrongly and send you away after 5/10mins with a stupid prescription!! What sorta service is this practice?????? U have to be on your death bed in order to also be seen!!!
