Excellent service from the doctors whom I have spoken to, kind and compassionate. Always friendly reception staff, even if they're busy never had a bad experience. Phone system works well, always receive a call back that day. Other practices you may have to wait weeks to speak to a doctor.

The system they run is the worst I've ever seen..either tell the receptionist your private problems or wait at the back of the list for a call back from doctor..tryed many times today to order medication and it just keeps saying there closed when in fact there open till 6 oclock

The phone system only allows 12 calls to queued, so most of the time the phone line is engaged, when you finally manage to get in the queue, you will wait around 30minutes for your call to be answered only to be told the doctor will call to give an appointment, what this actually means is, the doctor may or may not call you.

Been trying to get an appointment for weeks. Always either on hold for ages or they are only accepting emergency appointments. Very difficult to get an appointment when you work full time as you can't book in advance...only on the day.
