Really nice gym with a friendly atmosphere. People of all shapes and sizes working out together. Some equipment could do with a bit of maintenance but it's nothing to be concerned about. Pool and gym membership for 35 a month is a great price. 25 if your off peak times 👍

Such a great atmosphere in this gym.  Staff are all friendly and welcoming. I feel comfortable to go in and have a personal training session or just work my way around the gym without feeling intimidated by any macho people working out.  All the classes I have attended have been great.  My children enjoy the pool as the temperature is just right for them.  Highly recommend to people who lack confidence in the gym and want to work out without feeling like they are being judged.

This gym is brilliant!
The selection of equipment is perfect and caters for all I can think of doing!
The staff are so friendly and helpful, always around to answer questions and don't get in your face like in most other gyms I have been a member of! They all clearly know their stuff too!
No arrogance, no rubbish, just fitness in a fun really friendly atmosphere.

Great class by Michelle, staff great and gym had everything I needed for a good work out. Swimming pool was an excellent added bonus
