After 3 calls to try and speak with management about a rude employee and a failure of the company to simply return a call for the rudest staff i have ever had the displeasure to deal with. Facilities are unhygienic especially the pool and changing rooms i doubt they get cleaned once a week. Find a gym where management care about the people who go to the gym as this company has failed to do their job and clearly have no idea how to use a telephone to return calls.

Free parking. Nice and big. Not very clean pools byt its okaish.

Please think twice before joining this gym. I opted for a year's membership and started to attend twice a week. Over time I realised that although there is always lots of cleaning going on the facilities remain grubby. In particular the ladies dry changing room and the ladies toilets. The showers are poor - shower heads are old, falling off the wall and there are always lots of hairs and cobwebs everywhere. There are also so few showers that you have to be happy to use the communal push button ones if you are heading straight off to work. Added to this the water temp is hard to control so can become suddenly very hot indeed. The showers in the swimming pool are in a similar shoddy condition so offer no better alternative. The kit in the gym is quite old, some of it needs repair and the air conditioning is patchy so you need to know where to stand to benefit. The cafe area looks inviting but in the morning there is rarely any fresh fruit. In fact I asked every visit for 3 weeks and was told that the pictured smoothies are all made with frozen products. Hence fresh fruit is only ordered when large pre booked events are arranged. Many of the staff I encountered were friendly and there is a lovely welcome at reception when you arrive. But this does not make up for a grubby, dated environment and an expensive membership. I will not be renewing my membership - in fact I know several people who have cancelled theirs for similar reasons. Look at other gyms nearby. They are cheaper and newer and cleaner. I live quite a distance now from the gym and requested to end my contract sooner to join a gym nearer that's recently opened. As I expected they declined my request. I understand that the contract is binding but in truthythe facilities have been the biggest disappointment. Have a thorough inspection before you join, there's lots on offer and the sales pitch is convincing but be warned. The finer details start to matter and this is an expensive provider with better competition near by.
