I should’ve very much cautioned myself since seeing the reviews but unfortunately I was desperate and needed a dentist as quickly as possible , so when they had intake available I was delighted . I attended , waiting room lacked enough chairs which left many standing , receptionists seemed unsympathetic and could be heard carrying on with their own conversation . My dentist was kind and understanding however it lacked any X-ray facilities , which I needed , and this delayed treatment as I had to book a scan elsewhere offsite ; an appointment I had to arrange myself and contact with the results via email . Hoping after this ordeal I would then get seen in a timely manner , I waited around a month without being contacted . Concerned and with the added pain growing I called , only to find out although my XRAY was uploaded for the dentist to see she was off on holiday . I was livid , as I WAS not made aware of this prior or when they recieved the XRAY and I was left with a receptionist knowing little of what I should do to get seen sooner . She suggested a few options of triaging to a few dentists however in the same breath was discouraging of how unlikely it would be for that to happen if she asked . All prospects at the moment looking as if I’ll have to wait until she returns . Not great when you’ve got a teeth that needs extracting before it results in an infection . I’m truly disappointed in the lack of communication, correspondence and lacklustre approach to patient care !
I have been with Aspire almost 8 years now and cannot rate every member of the team I have had the pleasure of coming into contact with highly enough!nAll of the ladies on reception I have always found to be friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to find me or my daughter an appointment even at fairly short notice when/if needed and are such a credit to the practice.nThe only slight negative can be the parking on the odd occasion but I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.nKeep up the amazing work Aspire.
I have been with Aspire for a couple of years now, the service provided is above standard and I don’t have bad word to say about the place. I have recently had to book emergency appointments, had a complex extraction & a root canal. The staff have been amazing from start to finish. I had a real fear of dentists but Tyrone dentist has really put me at ease throughout all of these appointments. I’ve never had any issues getting an appointment and the reception staff have always been polite, pleasant, empathetic and always wearing a smile. Thank you
Excellent service I received from Aspire dental clinic .Receptionist always make a warm welcome and an excellent treatment provided by dentist Saba and nurse Mira.
I've been with Aspire Dental Practice in Aylesbury for some years now.nI have always found the dentists,hygienists,reception and all practice staff to be extremely pleasant and helpful.nI recently had to book an emergency appointment which resulted in my not being able to attend an event the same day.The admin staff and dentist involved were extremely responsive in assisting me with information needed for the insurance claim which had a positive outcome.nThank you again Aspire !!
