Story

Body Flex is conveniently located close to Aylesbury town centre with lots of accessible parking in the Cambridge Close Retail park. It is a well stocked gym with a variety of equipment not seen in many commercial gyms and with heavier free weights to allow you to reach your health, fitness and strength & conditioning goals.
2,500 square meters of equipment space.

Mission

Flex has been a breeding ground for many bodybuilding and powerlifting champions based in the county. Much as in sport you only improve by being around or competing with those who are bigger, faster, stronger, technically more skilled and more dedicated.
