Story

We are a unique training centre based in Aylesbury Buckinghamshire, offering strongman, martial arts and weightlifting facilities that were presently unavailable in the local area. Some of the unique equipment in the gym consists of Atlas stones, log presses, farmers walks, tractor tyres, prowler sleds and olympic rings. We also have highly experienced instructors for the martial arts classes. Monthly memberships are only £25 and single sessions are £5

Spot on, very good gym with everything you need in terms of weights. Boxing ring and bags was a bonus. Family run with a good atmosphere. I would  recommend.

Great gym with something for everyone whether it be Strongman, Powerlifting, Olympic lifting, Bodybuilding or Boxing. A real sense of community and a great place to train. Highly recommended.
