We went for a wedding, everything was well organized. the switch/ changing between from ceremony to dinner to dance hall is nicely done we also stayed in the hotel Hotel was very nice although the car park is bit small for a big event . Staff was friendly quick and well organized during the event. Its a nice spot for events and casual meetings. Rooms: Room is nice but the 2 single beds are pretty small never knew that they exist. i almost fell off when i want to turn. Bathroom clean small snack in the baskets are not free for the rest its a nice hotel
Perfect location and a lovely hotel. Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds and wonderful showers. This will a great choice of accommodation close enough to Glasgow for great access but far enough out to be quiet. At breakfast nothing was too much trouble. Only one thing we would have changed, we could have done with an electric car charger in the car park.
Stayed here last week for Greenday. Great staff. We decided to eat in but were close to closing time. The staff held the kitchen for us and brought out our food despite closing. Allowed us to also sit in the bar and eat. Food was great, decent price too. All friendly and accommodating. Rooms were spotless and super cosy. Only downside was our double bed was actually 2 single beds pushed together. Created a kind of "valley" where we just sunk into the middle. Okay for a night or two but would have preferred an actual double bed. Shower also wasn't levelled correctly and water pooled at the door leading to a wet bathroom floor. Room 14. Could have been a one off. Great hotel, train station super close to take you into Glasgow central. Decent prices.
Had lunch here today. Restaurant was very quiet. Service was quick and efficient. Starters of goats cheese were enjoyed by both of us. Fish & chips and grilled chicken followed both were beautifully cooked and served. Sweets and coffees followed to round off a really nice lunch. This was the first time we had had lunch here and I am sure it will not be the last. Food & drinks: As above Noteworthy details: Friendly and attentive service.
What a fabulous hotel. We have just stayed for 2 nights to enjoy Pink at Hampden Park. Lovely meal on Fri night best Rib Eye I've had in a long time Liz on reception really helpful with booking a Taxi for Sat & all staff giving local info. Breakfast fab both days & staff really attentive & friendly, every where is so clean. I would not hesitate to rebook.
Redhurt was ok with being amazing ...rooms are comfortable but a little on the small side from what we have ...used restaurant twice first night was average second was much better ...service was pretty good .....restaurant/bar area is looks great ...location your kinda limited because your a fair distance from Glascow but there is a train station a short walk away into Glascow central ...I believe last train comes back at 11pm
My daughter got married here 29/03/2024 and we were absolutely over the moon with everything. The staff went above and beyond for the bride and groom and the guests. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. I honestly have no complaints. Just a massive thank you to you all! Food & drinks: Food was very nice and hot also although we had lentil soup and there was a lot of pepper in it.Not an issue for me but others may disagree
Went for a birthday meal. Food was delicious and service was good too. Only complaints would be the air con which was freezing cold and the menu is quite limited too. Highly recommend a visit to try the food out
Stayed at The Redhurst for 2 nights visiting family in Glasgow. The Hotel was spotless and the rooms were amazing. Friendly staff and fantastic food, quite possibly one of the best breakfasts I've ever had! Will definitely we staying here again and would recommend to anyone looking for a quality place to stay. Classy, very classy. Good choice of food, from usual though presented lovely burger to more specialty food. The chefs really know their food, flavours and presentation are spot on. The decor is modern but comfy, well maintained and spotless. The toilets are the cleanest I've seen in any restaurants, I think this is always a good sign of a well run establishment. Staff are attentive, approachable and knowledgeable. If you like cider, the strawberry and lime Kopperberg came out dress with fresh berries and lime - looked delicious. Not sure if they all do but I liked those touches. Lots of space and if hiring a venue there are 3 separate sections. A small 20ish private dining room/area. The Clarkston suite, 50ish people with its own bar and lastly the huge hall 100+ for weddings etc Will keep going back here!
