Beautiful hotel in the hills of bury . Great view from restaurant windows . Fabulous afternoon tea today with my mam . Honestly can say the freshest and best afternoon tea anywhere . Photos on website don’t do the hotel justice much nicer in reality . Service in gorgeous restaurant was fabulous . The girl was on her own and unfortunately didn’t catch her name . She was on her own and served numerous tables no problem . Will definitely return and try the menu in restaurant . Well worth a visit highly recommend
We recently got married here and the entire experience has been amazing. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they catered to our every need.nnFrom Sharon and Hannah within the wedding planning team to the entire staff, they were all very professional, polite and offered a first class service. Bar staff were very efficient, there wasn’t the typical long wait at the bar, the receptionists were all really nice, courteous complementing each other.nnLike all couples about to get married, we were anxious hoping everything would run smoothly and it did. Damon, who coordinated the day, was absolutely superb, approachable and ensured everything ran seamlessly.nnThe food was fantastic and there was plenty of it, with all the guests commenting on how impressed they were by the Red Hall’s staff.nnA special shout out to the handyman who spent the evening before giving the venue a fresh coat of paint, making the bride and her sister drinks, staying late and couldn’t do enough. He was ever so helpful and made a great impression on the eve of the wedding.nnThis whole experience was divine, it felt genuine throughout and we’ll be forever indebted for the way you made our day such a dream experience.nnEven down to the very last minute, helping us bring our things to the car and making us a coffee so we could breathe and have that moment, before we left.nnWe will look forward to returning very soon and we sincerely thank you for constantly going the extra mile.nnBest,nMr & Mrs Coyle
As a family we have just enjoyed a three night stay from 14th February at the Red Hall.nThis involved a Valentine's evening meal for six on the Friday, and a 60th birthday meal for six on the Sunday and breakfast on one of the morning's.nSo……nWonderful location …nAbsolutely lovely hotel …nFrom arrival to departure fantastic …nThe new dinning room beautiful …nThe new menu, every meal delicious …nAttention to detail fab …nStaff AMAZING nWithout knowing all the staffs names may I say to your General Manager Helio Correia, whatever you doing at the Red Hall please keep doing it.nThank younValerie Palin
Had overnight stay after meal with friends. Food was lovely and service was good, however the room was very disappointing. Very small and very scruffy, although the bed and linen was good quality. You can barely move round the room as it is so small. The bathroom was also tiny and again scruffy, I couldn't take a bath or shower in there, with rusty towel rail and the finish is not good.nTo make matters worse we were woken up before 6am by other guests talking in the next room, on and on the woman's voice went, with him occasionally responding.nWill not rush back!
Had afternoon tea with some work colleagues at the venue. It was a Wowcher deal we picked up and it was fantastic value for money. The staff on the day were brilliant very attentive. I don't drink tea or coffee so they offered me a replacement which was kind of them. The food was well presented and sandwiches fresh with a nice selection. I've been to plenty of afternoon teas and sometimes the sandwiches are not that great. We really enjoyed our afternoon and have no hesitation in booking again.
