When we arrived, Charlotte, the manager was extremely helpful. The place is conveniently located in the centre of Ramsbottom- easy to find, and parking was good. I was also greeted by a lovely genteleman called Curtis who made me feel really welcome. I'm very sorry to say that the place itself could have done with a lot more tlc. Smell of damp in the hallways. The room was in good nick with the double bed and bunk bed in relatively good condition. The room itself did not smell of damp and was clean and tidy. Fully equipped with en-suite, TV, and kettle with clean cups and tea/coffee/milk. Upon use, it transpired that the bunk bed was quite rickety and the mattress was far too springy for my liking. In the morning I found out that the shower was not working, and I didn't have time to fill up the bath. Lights in the hallway did not work. Furthermore there was no breakfast being cooked in the morning of the Sunday. I looked forward to smelling the breakfast cooking even if I wasn't sure if I would try it. I wouldn't spend another night here only because of these facilities or lack thereof.

Worst place i have ever stayed broken bed in my room hosts were ok only seen them once. In a great location with plenty of TCL needed hope it improves.
