Located right in the heart of Bury so a perfect location and just a few minutes walk from the main tram station with a frequent Metro service to Manchester. Exit the tram station, turn left, go under the road via the subway underpass not the sandwich shop and there's the hotel. The town centre is a 5 minute easy walk where the military museum is found. The hotel itself is clean, well presented and has helpful staff. I had the breakfast £10.99 which was all you can eat and was good. Rooms were adequate with a comfy bed, bath and shower, TV and drink making facilities.
Honestly, everything about this hotel was fantastic. I discovered it during my last trip and had an incredible stay. The staff were consistently friendly and accommodating, especially the duty manager Nina who promptly addressed all our requests. The rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The neighborhood has plenty to offer, yet the street remains quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.
We've just come back from spending a night at your Premier Inn. This is our first stay in one of your hotels and if the standard is as good in all your establishments,we will certainly be using you againnFirst impressions was that the hotel was exceptionally clean and tidy.On booking in your staff were extremely polite,helpful and smiley .Too many times we have been to other places and the staff look like they don't want to be there. This was not the case with yours. 10/10 for this.nOn entering our room we were pleasantly surprised again on the cleanliness. Very spacious. Had all the amenities we needed ie facilities to make hot drinks,towels in bathroom,extra pillows. The window faced onto an office block but no problem to us as we weren't spending our time in the room. Bed was so comfy and lovely soft pillows and linen bedding.nWe booked the unlimited breakfast and the dinner. Both were fantastic and very reasonably priced.There was a slight glitch on one of our main courses but the young lady serving us bent over backwards to correct this and couldn't have done more to rectify the mistake. Again 10/10.nYou are about 10 minutes walk into the shopping centre and the same if you're going to Bury Met theatre. Ideal for us as we were seeing a concert there and this was the reason we booked into this hotel.nIn all we had the most wonderful stay at your hotel and are already planning to use you when we come back to Bury.nThank you Premier Inn,Bury.
Everything about this place is awesome, The staff are amazing. The rooms and spacious and tidy. Its really close to the bus station and other places to visit. Stayed here twice will be going again
Fantastic location with great transportation links to Manchester. This hotel has amazing staff who go out of their way to make your stay memorable a special mention to Alison & Cath who’s customer service was excellent. The rooms are clean and kept to a high standard. The bar area is well stocked and great for watching the euros . Would highly recommended this hotel.
