I went with a few people from work who really recommended this place and I must say, they were not wrong to. The food was brilliant and quite easily the best Chinese cuisine I've ever had! The atmosphere was great; the place seemed really nice and comfortable but some of the staff seemed to let the experience down more than anything as they were quite rude. Aside from that, I left a very happy customer

It is a fine Chinese restaurant. It is located next to the historical part of Leeds in the basement. It actually looks much better than expected. Food menu has plenty of choice for soups, starters, mains and desserts, drink menu is short though. Staff is ok with their job but not very attentive. Food I have had was nice but felt more like take away quality though. Have seen some nice show with food when it served on the very hot metal platter, would go for that next time.

Amazing Chinese food. Best I've had outside of China. Lots of dishes for the culinary adventurous. Well worth hunting out if you're a local or just visiting Leeds.

Went there for CNY because we couldn’t get a table at the restaurant where we wanted to go. It’s our first time at Red Chilli in Leeds. The place is similar to the Manchester one, food was not too bad but Manchester was a tad better. Sadly, the service was bad! Slow, no table waiting at all! Food came one by one and it’s definitely not the Chinese way, the big bowl of rice came without a lid on!

Another fantastic visit to this authentic Chinese restaurant. If you would like to experience authentic Chinese cuisine look no further. A great range of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Staff are always very polite. The best place to park is the Merrion Centre car park (operated by Citi Park) less than a five minute gentle walk to the restaurant.
