My experience at Brows for afternoon tea was enjoyable overall. While I noticed the staff seemed somewhat undertrained, the restaurant offers a fantastic view perfect for savoring your tea. The menu boasts a variety of options, each a delightful choice to sample. If you're seeking a laid-back atmosphere to indulge in conversation over tea, Brows is the ideal destination for you.. Dietary restrictions: Available upon request
The fantastic setting and the service were amazing. Our waitresses Ruby was lovely welcoming and friendly and professional the food was amazing. Can't wait to come back again ! Maybe mothers Day .Food: 5/5
Food was good quality and we were grateful they had a good selection of Gluten Free options. Staff were friendly, attentive but not overly so...they had the right balance. Food was a little on the pricey side but that's for our budget, so it's probably on par with most decent restaurants. Music was a little loud for 4pm late lunch Overall, would definitely go again for a special occasion/treat Dietary restrictions: Good Gluten Free menu on offer
We recently visited here for family gathering. Booked online for table for 8 people deposits required. It was Thursday evening and very quiet. We really enjoyed the atmosphere, food and drinks. The fillet steak and salad here are always great. They also care about the allergy so my family can eat very comfortably. We also tried some cakes from here last time and me and my husband absolutely loved it. It looked pretty and tasted really good. One negative point is that they often take relatively long time to serve our drinks and they sometimes forget our drink orders it’s not only once it happened before too. Anyway, we will come back for sure if we have any special occasions.
We had actually booked to go to Banyan but when we arrived it was so bloody awful that we left immediately & came straight to Browns & thank goodness we did. It's a stunning interior & the service complimented the place itself. The waiter was just lovely. So polite & attentive & not over-bearing. There was a guy singing & playing piano which really made the evening special. All of us thoroughly enjoyed our food. It felt like a real treat for 5 ladies after the theatre. Really amazing. Thankyou so very much xxx
40th Birthday celebration meal on a busy Saturday afternoon. Food was excellent and reasonably priced, service was very good to say it was so busy.Food: 4/5
lively yet laid back , higher end restaurant with a very inviting atmosphere. Lety served us and had the perfect balance being attentive and just allowing us to enjoy the food and drinks. Overall really good ! Orders were taken quickly , drinks arrived even quicker and the food was divine :Food: 5/5
Stepped in for a brunch today morning. We were given a good table by the window, the service was prompt, attentive and very courteous. Along with the Poached Egg Royale We ordered a side of avocado and a slice of sourdough toast. Bellisimo. Cooked to perfection and the plating was exemplary. The cappuccino in my opinion was far better than Starbucks and I ended up having two. The photos do justice to both dishes. Highly recommended
The service was 2nd to none. The breakfast ingredients were amazing The sausage bacon and eggs were so tasty. A must visit for breakfast definitelyFood: 5/5
the food was absolutely gorgeous, and our waitress with the blonde hair and the host who seated us were so kind and welcoming and we couldn’t fault them at all, even helping to locate my lost bag! however the bar staff were quite stand-offish, bordering on rude which was disheartening. but like i said the food was stunning and the other two members of staff who looked after us were lovely :
