Had an amazing time here having dinner with friends. Loved the show by the chef, the food and ambiance. Really had a great night.Food: 5/5
My first time visiting a Japanese restaurant and I wished I had been here long before now. The food is nice, the staff are friendly and the atmosphere is cool. I am surely coming again! Parking: Couldn't find a place to park but my brother managed to sort it out. He knows the city better. Kid-friendliness: They have a menu for kids also
This is a very different restaurant where the chefs who have a style of there own cook the food in front of you. It's a looovely place to eat and certainly somewhere I would return if ever in Leeds.Food: 5/5
Absolutely fantastic! We were well looked after and the food was amazing. We visited on a quiet evening so there wasn't much atmosphere but it didn't take away from our experience. We will definitely visit again and recommend to all our friends. Dietary restrictions: My friend is a pescatarian and the chef was fantastic with her meal. He cooked hers first to ensure there was no cross contamination.
Brilliant experience and food cooked fresh right in front of you. Service is excellent and the whole dining experience is fun. Only issue would be that the staircase to get to the restaurant is narrow and a little steep for anyone with mobility problems. Parking: Reasonable number of parking spaces on the surrounding streets and a couple of car parks within walking distance. Wheelchair accessibility: Could be a problem due to being below street level and having a narrow outdoor stairway
Wow, wow, wow! This place was fantastic. The cocktail menu was extremely impressive, especially their Japanese variety. It was lovely to sit down with a cocktail before dining, and the staff are lovely. We were sat down with another small group to eat, and the food was just fantastic. They accommodated my pescatarian diet with no drama, and the chef was extremely interactive and made it a wonderful dining experience. You are given a cool button so if you want drinks at any time, you can order these easily. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anybody! The menu was vast, from simple good quality meats, to full on fish.
Oh my word! This restaurant must be tried!! The welcome is warm and friendly, the atmosphere relaxed along with family friendly fun. The food, which delivers incredible flavours, is freshly cooked right in front of you. Don't be put off by the prices - it's worth every penny!!!Food: 5/5
Amazing and fresh food, wonderful atmosphere and top class service. The food tasted amazing and cooked in the front of you all fresh. Very recommend and we will go again Food: 5/5
It was our first time visiting Teppanyaki in Leeds. We had so much fun! We loved the show, the chef was very skilled and the food was amazingly fresh and delicious. They also sell quality Japanese whisky. We waited a bit to be served, but the food was worth the wait. Vegetarian options: Some vegetarian option available, but the menu was predominantly for pescatarians and carnivores Kid-friendliness: Chef was super engaging and involved kids in cooking. We were also asked about the level of spices added to the kids food. Children menu was also available.
Great fun and good for a special occasion. It is very busy so make sure you book. The chefs are pretty interactive and they give you a little button to order drinks from the table . The meat was a little dry if I'm completely honest but it was overall a great evening. They ask for a deposit to avoid empty seats which is totally understandable when you see how popular this place is. The drinks are varied and service is fast. The starter was the same for everyone but it was very tasty. Fairly good portion sizes too. Overall a good evening
