We had a fabulous stay at this hotel. The staff were absolutely amazing. The bed was very comfortable, we slept so well. The breakfast dining area is lovely and the food just delicious, with so much choice. They serve great coffee too! Fab location for both sightseeing and shopping. Many thanks for a great stay.
Really like this hotel. Great location. Good sized rooms. Great views. The water pressure wasn't that good this time but we were on the 8th floor. Really nice breakfast. Nice clean hotel. Friendly atmosphere and staff helpful. Would you Rooms: Good spacious rooms. Iron and ironing board. Dressing gown. Hairdryer. Fridge. Kettle, tea, coffee and mugs. Good views. TV. King size/twin beds comfortably, I hard memory phone pillow, 1 soft large square pillow. En-suite bathroom, tissues, hand soap, hand cream, shampoo, condition, shower gel, cotton buds, cotton pads, nail file Walkability: Walkable to docks and town 5-10 mins. Plenty to see and do Food & drinks: Plenty food and drink options all around
Stayed on the 8th floor, large room overlooking the Mersey, spotlessly clean, lovely bathroom preset pressure for shower which was set at a decent rate, had bed, breakfast and evening meal package. At the evening meal I messed up and had a burger, which wasn't overly warm and was to me would have been better wider and thinner. My wife had the chicken and it was excellent. Breakfast buffet great, decent sized pots of tea. Everywhere throughout the hotel very clean, great decor including pictures of old Liverpool. Thanks to all.
When we arrived, check in was easy. Staff were friendly and welcoming and were happy to answer questions about the local area as we had not visited the city before. Our room was spacious and clean with a fab view of the docks. The bar was stocked with a range of beverages and service was quick. Breakfast was delicious and the hot options were being regularly replaced. Checking out was also hassle free. We really enjoyed our stay and will be visiting again in the future!
Stayed for two night for our son’s graduation. From start to finish the stay was exceptional. Reception staff were lovely, hapoy and joking with us. The bar/restaurant staff friendly and helpful. The room immaculate, tended to before our return. Will definitely stay again. Thank youRooms: 5/5
Great stay on a high floor room with amazing views. Jess Brennan was so good responding to my requests and went above and beyond to make our experience really great. I’ve sent a note to her directly but she is a credit to your company. The food was pretty good overall, although the only reason I’m not scoring a 10 is the soup was quite cold, it was difficult for me to source a decaf tea and the soap dispensers in the shower didn’t work. A few small niggles on what was a wonderful stay.
A fabulous hotel with great facilities. Easy booking, great breakfast choice, spotlessly clean with very comfortable rooms and even more comfortable beds. Chloe on reception was exceptionally helpful, polite and professional. A warm welcome for a welcomed stay at the Pullman.Rooms: 5/5
Fab hotel. Well equipped rooms, and we had a lovely view! Staff are helpful and friedlndly. Good breakfast selection, had a good feast!! Location is great right next to M&S Arena and Albert Dock. Would definitely stay here again.Rooms: 5/5
Great stay at The Pullman. We left our luggage in the foyer area on our check out date which was really appreciated. Delicious breakfast, comfortable rooms, exceptional service from all members of staff we dealt with and wonderful bar area too. Thank you!Rooms: 5/5
We enjoyed a weekend break at this hotel at the end of July. Allocated a room with a river view which was modern, clean and quiet. Nice bar area and a good breakfast. The staff were friendly and welcoming and we received some sound advice regarding places to visit in Liverpool. Great location as well.Rooms: 5/5
