Very clean and comfortable. Basement carpark. Great location near Albert Dock, plus easy walking distance to central Liverpool attractions. Friendly staff. Self service breakfast was well stocked, with a reasonable choice of options and room was cleared and cleaned frequently. Very happy to return and recommend.Rooms: 5/5
Rooms were small but very functional. Window was very high do no access to it. There was no evening meals / light bites available over the weekend, though never short of somewhere to eat. But still would have been nice as we intended to have a quiet night. Unfortunately the bar hadn't a great choice and staff needed better trained in this area. Breakfast was ok. Usual display except only eggs on offer was scrambled egg. Seemed bit disjointed when trying to obtain items as people were walking along rds and directions in the breakfast area. Basically announce could have came in and ate breakfast as there was no sign in our seat allocation, which seemed to be more down to minimum staffing levels than quality service. Would I stay again, yes I would. Maybe we got it on an off day. But some others were same price and from experience probably doing it better.
Had a few issues on arrival marks on bed linen plus some of the furniture could of seen better days but informed reception. They were pleased that they get feedback to help improve the hotel.Rooms: 4/5
Overall very nice hotel. Underground parking paid separately by app or on touchscreen by entrance £20/day. Helpful and friendly staff on reception, you get 2 key cards which also activate the lift from ground upwards. The lifts can get busy at times though. Nice room with modern shower/toilet, TV, power sockets, USB, kettle, hair dryer etc. Air conditioning and overall quite comfortable. The futon was a bit prone to the cushions sliding off though. Views probably won't be spectacular but you're within walking distance of Albert docks, the Wheel and most major landmarks. Breakfast busy but very good. Get down early!
Great woman on desk, spoke to us re restaurants, provided tourist street map. Under hotel parking £20, very convenient- swayed our choice of where to stay. Breakfast- sat at uncleared table. Juice, berries, jam run out. Staff did warm croissants for me. More staff needed here..Rooms: 5/5
We stayed here for the Taylor Swift eras tour, the staff were amazing, went above and beyond to welcome all us swifties! Such great little touches! Everywhere was spotless, especially the room, which was spacious and air con was welcomed! The bed was so comfortable! A great location, taxis were quick to get to us, a short journey to the stadium and station. Room was good value, breakfast could be improved, but there was lots of choice and it was all presented nicely, again staff were attentive and helpful. Jamil and Kevin the night staff were really great and pizzas from the snack menu were lovely! A vegan option would have been nice Overall I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Liverpool Rooms: Very clean, TV and comfy bed
Rooms very clean, fresh, TV flatscreen big. Breakfast OK. Kids were very excited about waffle pan. That was highlight about breakfast for sure. All staff was very welcoming and kind, thank you very much for everything.Rooms: 5/5
Enjoyed our stay. It was just for one night. Our room was clean, the bedsettee was already made up which was a great relief for when we got there as for the comfort it was not there, just glad it was just for one night. The breakfast was very good lot's to choose from. Staff was very attentive by filling the food up when it had run-out and it was hot. Right as for the location it was perfect for us and would be perfect for anyone visiting the M&S arena and Albert docks.
Hotel was great and good value for money. Breakfast was included which I didn't realise when I booked it. Room was clean and enough room for 1 night. Sliding door for bathroom which slid across to cover wardrobe, unusual but didn't bother us. Shower was good and bathroom was clean. Beds were comfy and tv worked. Staff were friendly and helpful. Paid for parking before we got there but you can pay on arrival at reception. Car park was clean. Lifts were working and used with your room key card. Areas of the hotel need updating but hotel was in a good position for us and we stay here again. Breakfast was self service, plenty of food...we got there at 745am and it was busy but still lots of food to choose from. Rooms: Good room okay for 4 of us for 1 night. Beds comfy. Clean and tidy. Nearby activities: Near to the docks and 10 minute walk away from shopping centre. Safety: Felt safe inside and outside. Car park secure. Food & drinks: Breakfast was good, self service but plenty of choice and food when we chose to go down.
My partner and I stayed for two nights and was awesome. Nice place to stay, very neat and very hospitable. A staff Demi Lee was helpful and check on us throughout our stay.
