Went in as a complete novice but the staff made me feel very welcome. Advised me on a new road bike which they talked through all the options and also the fitting. Very happy with the service and will be returning for more clothing in the near future.

Once again fantastic service by the boys in the Poole store. Nothing to much trouble and got me out of a jam this week. Highly recommended for thief service, knowledge and professional attitude. Thank you
