Really happy with the service I received from Dave. Came to my home, sorted my bike in a friendly and efficient manner and was incredibly good value. Totally recommend.

We have just had all our bikes serviced for the summer, so convenient having someone come to you and what absolutely fantastic service as well. I have an especially happy 4 year old who's had her bike adapted temporarily to a balance bike. Dave is a true expert and major bike enthusiast, he gave us some great advice on maintenance to. Will most definitely be using bike-fixed again, have recommended to my friends and family.

Massive Thank you to Dave from Bike fixed Poole. He came out to me on a Saturday, his day off! As I work for the NHS he prioritised my bike, he got it working again very quickly. He went above and beyond today. Dave is both professional and friendly, he is an absolute legend. Also, Dave didn’t charge me today because of the work i do. Reducing me to tears with his kindness. Once again thank you Dave.   I will be telling everyone about your kindness. Definitely will be using Bike fixed in future.

Dave has done numerous repairs and services on both my road and mountain bikes and I’ve never had a reason to be anything less than 100% satisfied.  Very convenient, they pick up and drop off at a time and place to suit you and very reasonably priced, in line or cheaper than local bike shops.  Dave will also provide lots of advice if needed I normally do.  Can’t recommend highly enough

Dave is very professional, efficient and polite. He was at my workplace for the bike tune up and he did excellently well.
