Just had a great experience from Halfords Poole. I had previously enquired about servicing in the branch & went back because it was explained in regular language by Dave, he took the time to explain what would be covered by the 3 types of service. So when I took bike in he did exactley that. Phoned me with progress & when to collect bike when completed. Am I happy? You bet!
