These guys are top notch. My bike was collected, fixed and delivered back to me, all in the same day. I was able to ride to work and ride home after. No hassle. Brilliant service. 100% highly recommended.

Thank you for building my new F8 with Di2 group set, and for re-building my old bike ready to be sold. Great job and extremely honest price coinciding the amount of work involved. I see can why you guys are so busy and why you come so highly recommended amongst all types of bikers :-)

Awesome service as usual. Have used Cyclefix a few times for my hardtail and my hybrid. The guys know exactly what they're doing and happy to explain things as well. Fast service and very reasonable pricing. Will be using them again.

It is worth noting that for standard cleaning and service repairs I have had no issues with this company in the past. I brought my MTB cycle to be repaired by Cyclefix after a rough fall that left my tire slightly bent. I expressed to them that I would like the tire replaced or repaired, and that there was a periodic squeak while the gears rotated underneath my feet. I told them to repair them both. I expressed that sound to be quite the nuisance and that sound to be the most important thing to me. Anyone who rides understands a periodic sound during your ride can be irritating. There was no problem with the tire/rim replacement and they said they fixed the squeak. I took my bike out after about roughly 2 weeks of being with them in repair and the squeak was still there. I paid quite a bit for the repairs including the tire and the main gear adjustments to fix the squeak. I called them and sent the bike back. It was with them for another week ish. Without consultation they replaced the peddles for a cheap pair of peddles claiming that with that and the gear bearings replacement it fixed the issue. After the repair he asked for another 30 quid. I was trying to be polite and said I'd get it back to him when I could. I was a bit upset cause I didn't know I'd have to pay for more parts which in the first place the adjustments and part replacements they made didn't fix the issue. I took my bike out twice and the squeak was back. At that point I had a bit of an issue with the company which I expressed to the owner. I also went to leave a review but quickly changed my mind. Google posted the star rating in the thread, I didn't realize it would do that. I didn't leave any words in the review. The owner in return sent me a frustrated and rather unfriendly message and followed that by a series of phone calls/messages via my personal phone. I told him he was talking to me in a manner that wasn't appropriate. I told him of the issue and he said that he would take the bike for free. I said to him I already brought it to someone else via text because I needed my cycle and I couldn't afford to have it out for another week or two. They would have had it roughly a month on and off. I took the review down out of courtesy due to the professional nature of how I felt and his expressed initial distaste. Thereafter he continued to leave messages that were relatively threatening because he believed I owed him 30 pounds for the cheap bearings and peddles which did not fix the issue. I told him I was in a rough spot cause I had to spend much more on my repairs than anticipated and reiterated that I had to bring my cycle to someone else(The issue was fixed in 2 days). This is normal when something isn't addressed and you send it to the same person multiple times. I tried to be polite about it and told him that he did the repair without my authorization and that it didn't fix the issue that I needed fixed. He still continues to leave threatening texts and chases me till this day. I had to block his number at this point. I believe a negative review definitely has merit now. Service is good for maintenance and for major repairs I'd suggest going somewhere else.

These guys are the are the real deal, sorted my bike out quickly when my gears were causing me real problems. Really good prices and offer honest and great advice. I've used s few local bike shops and cyclefix are by far the best in this area. Great work !
