Excellent range of hobby ans craft materials at very reasonable prices. Full range of art materials available as well. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and are always willing to help and give advice. Plenty of parking spaces available with priority places given to disabled drivers

Only went to swap some wool. Thankfully, got a sensible member of staff this time. Upset by the manager's belligerent attitude in the past and disappointed by the company's failure to deal with this. Tbh, I much prefer to buy craft items from smaller retailers who have a better range and far superior customer service.

Well, I got everything that I needed, plus a discount for being a hobbycraft member (loyalty card), of £3.90! So pleasing visit 😊 I had a wonkey, pull-a-long basket, so one young staff member went to change it for me, didn't ask her, she just noticed. Very helpful, as always

Has everything you might want or need from a craft shop. Even offers sewing machine tutorials.
