Quite expensive and a small assortment of model balsa, but this is not a typical modeller's shop so you can get over it.nIf you are looking for more specific materials, you can find them either on line or in small specialist shops.nOn the plus side, the staff are very friendly.
Good selection of material, in bolts and fat quarters. Not cheap but reasonably priced. Couldn't get the exact shade of pink required on this visit though. Plenty of other craft related stuff available too.
Each time l go, l have to ask questions about what I'm looking for and the staff are always friendly and well informed. That's unusual in most shops these days.nCan't fault it.
I placed an order for a machine and accessories on 7th August for click and collect within the hour, but this was late at night. I didn’t receive an email the next day around 11am saying that it was confirmed, so just to double check, I gave them a call and I regret not catching the Lady’s name because she was amazing. She informed me that there was a delay because one of the items I ordered was out of stock at that store, she offered to chase up a potential delivery from another store and eventually we decided to go the route of a refund and then I’d buy when in stock. I then received my email saying the order was ready to collect.nnI turned up to the store and when I got to the checkout to collect, another woman behind the counter had my order ready, and she also had a very similar replacement item that I might have liked. Issued my refund straight away, very friendly experience and also issued a discount for good will. 10/10.
great place to take kids if you need to buy crafts also good if you got your own business some good ideas you can come up with here
