Standard premier Inn fare. Beds were comfy, staff were helpful, breakfast was great. It was a one night stay to get to the Warner brothers studio tour (Harry Potter) location was perfect. TGI Fridays is I'm the same lot and was delicious. We fit a family of five with 2 teenagers and a baby no problem.

We stayed in a family room and was pleased to see that the spare bed had been made up ready for us. The room was very spacious and clean. The only issue was the bathroom sink seemed a bit blocked and smelt however we informed the desk and they sorted it out. We have previously stayed at this Premier inn and really like it.

Ideal for visiting Harry Potter world. 5 mins up the road. Basically the same as every other premier inn. Friendly staff, nice sized room with comfy beds, easy to get parked. Breakfast every morning was buffet type - all you can eat - and I can eat a bit... Good coffee too. Booking online is easy.

The check-in process was great, very attentive staff member at the front desk. The room was spacious as I was given one that was suitable for disability access. The room temperature dropped through the night despite several attempts to adjust the thermostat. The bed wasn't very comfortable despite Premier Inn's 'Good night guarantee'. Breakfast was hot and plentyful. Upon returning to my room in the evening it had not been made up, towels not replenished etc. There were no instructions in the room to state you had to request this. Didn't try the evening restaurant menu so can't comment on that. Car parking is free with plenty of spaces available.

Booked saver package and yes was aware it was non refundable. However, due to the adverse weather conditions recently, we could not travel on the advice of police , the AA, traffic Scotland , travel England and the Government. A refund was refused. The person I spoke to hung up after refusing to pass me to a manager. Seems like premier inn care more for their profits than the safety of their customers and to add insult to injury, they resold the room which had already been paid for! DISGUSTING!!!
