I had an exceptional stay at the Holiday Inn in Watford Junction. The hotel is modern, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it perfect for business or leisure. My room was clean, comfortable, and wonderfully equipped, featuring a great shower and all the amenities ! needed.nA highlight was the breakfast service provided by Afsan. She was incredibly attentive and friendly, ensuring our morning started off wonderfully. The breakfast options were varied and delicious, and the dining area was inviting.nOverall, thanks to the excellent staff, my experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning.
It's okay, good service. Parking has to be paid for, which is about £12.00nRoom was very nice and clean as well. Service from the front desk was good and hassle free.nClose enough to station and 10-15 walk to restaurants and town centre.
The associates at this hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast buffet had loads of fresh and appetising options. The proximity to the train station made it super convienant to get into inner London + the Harry Potter Studio Tour has a bus station just down the street that makes it easy to get back to your hotel.
This is a really nice hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious. We enjoyed our stay here. They even called us to let us know that our hotel room door wasn't closed fully when we had no idea.nnI only have two complaints about this hotel. One, when we attempted to order room service, the phone rang forever and no one ever picked it up. Then we called the front desk and they picked up and said they would call us right back and never did. We skipped dinner that night because we were too tired to make the trek back downstairs and order food. Number two, when we turned on the shower to get it heated up, the shower head was facing the glass wall. That glass wall leaked all over the floor.nnOverall, I would stay here again. It's less than a 2 minute walk from the Watford station and very nice.
We had an excellent dinner at the Holiday Inn restaurant. The service and staff were outstanding. Afsana, in particular, was wonderful. Her welcoming smile and attentiveness made us feel exceptionally comfortable. Highly recommended. :
