We were here for a quick overnight after a train ride from Paris to see the Harry Potter experience. This Hotel was reasonably priced and very clean, comfortable and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. It was late so we had to go down the block for dinner at Mamie’s Chicken AMAZING but nothing too far to walk. It’s a long ride from here to London so be prepared for that but it’s great for WB Studios access. The buffet breakfast the next morning was a good deal too. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Nice modern hotel.nYou can't park at the hotel, but you get a rate of just £4 for 24hrs parking at a multistory carpark a 1-2 minute walk from the hotel.nWe booked 2 rooms and requested to be on the same floor, which was organised.nRooms were nice, clean, bright & modern. Beds were comfy!nBreakfast included in the rate we booked was absolutely TERRIBLE. I was shocked to see if we hadn't had breakfast included it'd have been charged at £18pp. The breakfast tables weren't being cleared, little choice of food, banana skins in the fruit basket were black! Cooked breakfast very oily.nI've stayed at Leonardo Birmingham before who at the time had an amazing breakfast, so Watfords breakfast didn't live up to my expectation!

Very convenient location for the town centre and station with a quick train to Wembley. Modern, clean hotel with great facilities and staff. Angie on reception was friendly, helpful and incredibly professional. All customer service staff should be like Angie!

Overall a good hotel.nOverpriced for what it is,but that's to be expected in the location it's in.nnThe downside was our room was not once serviced during our stay,the towels weren't changed and the tea wasn't replenished.nnUpon checking in, we were informed that breakfast was 7-11 on weekends and 630-11 on weekdays.nHowever when we went to have our breakfast Monday morning we were told we had 15 minutes as it stopped at 10.nThere's a clear lack of communication within the staff.nnA secondary problem was other guests looking at me and my wife as if we were encroaching on their space, many times she was made to feel uncomfortable by other guests talking about us.nThey seem to think because they talk in ancient spells a different language we can't understand that they're talking about us but we can.

Hotel is lovely, stay here once a month for business. Have never had any issues, the staff are always ever so sweet. This time my experience was terrible due to Angie at the check-in/out counter. Extremely rude. Clearly dislikes being there, therefore taking it out on customers. An absolute draw back to coming back, tried to be nice but made me feel really uncomfortable.
