The room is nice and quiet! The staff is lovely! We had reservations about dinner because at a different premier Inn the food was not something to be appreciated. HOWEVER the dinner here was absolutely fabulous! Apparently the lady cook is known for her fantastic food and I was blown away! We got it within 15 minutes mind you there was only 2 other tables and the fries were perfectly fried, my burger was astounding, the chicken breast my husband had was so very yummy and the coleslaw was perfectly made as well! It came out to be about 40 between the 2 of us.nnI haven't had such a good dinner in a long time! I recommend anyone staying here to get the meal deal with their hotel reservation!

Stayed in the hotel unexpectedly after a I was involved in car crash in the evening locally and left without transport.nWhat a welcoming team of Staff. Donna in particularly was a superstar assisting me in the morning. Such a friendly place to stay. Nice clean hotel with a great breakfast and a wonderful set of staff. I felt rescued and very well looked after in my hour of needs.nThank you so much

Myself and partner were travelling from the South west to visit Warner Bros studio tour for a birthday treat and this hotel was the closest. Very clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly and gave us advice on what underground/overground we needed to take which was just a 7 minute walk around the corner.nThe continental breakfast was a reasonable price and was excellent. Also from our room we could see the car park were we had parked. The pricing from the car park was excellent for 24hrs. We was definitely happy with this hotel and will be coming back when we stay in London for future

Perfect location for attending a family event in Bushey and close to get in to the town centre.nThe first night we stayed there was a lot of noise in the early hours not the staffs fault but when I spoke to the Manager at reception she was very approachable and said she would look into this and would move rooms for us if required.nThe second night was perfect.nThe only let down was the milk provided in the rooms is off, the staff are aware of this and offer fresh milk to take up to the room.

Stayed overnight while visiting the nearby Harry Potter Warner Studio Tour. The hotel itself is fairly small and could use some small updates. We were initially disappointed that there was no EV charging on site as advertised, however there were plenty of choices nearby. Rooms were clean and beds very comfortable so we had a pleasant experience.nnThe best part about our stay was the staff. Every one of them was welcoming and no query was too much trouble. Even a manager named James stoped to chat to us as we were leaving which was a nice touch.
