I never saw such a place! They knew we were going with a baby and when we arrived, the ownerojust pointed us the door andasaid: through that door, up stairs, lastldoor on your right. The stairs are so tiny, no place to move or going up with a pushchair  wewhadwto go upuand down 3 timest!! But thetbest part was when we openothe door to seesthes bathroom. Saying it was dirty doesn't reflect what we saw. They showed us another room, with thw sames mold and dirty bathtub. We wanted to complain, so we asked for a manager or the owner, 2 times the day we arrived and 1 day more before to go and apparently no one was there. They said he will call us but nothing. Don't approach there and don't book a room if you don't want to sleep in the dirtiest and most careless hotel you will ever see!!

An excellent pub with very friendly staff and considerate host. Our group of 28 on Christmas Eve were treated very well, the pre-ordered food was delicious and service exemplary. Thanks Clive for giving my wife a memorable 50th birthday.

Had lunch here today and had Bubble & Squeak and was delicious, have eaten here often and food is wonderful

Stayed here for 2 nights. Warm welcome on arrival and the staff were nice and helpful. Rooms need abit of work though, Squeaky floors and a loud noise when someone uses the shower. but the bed was very comfortable. We popped down to grab some food. After finally being asked for our food order(10minutes after taking our drink order) I ordered the 24oz mixed grill, Looked devine but the steak was rare. after receiving my steak back abit more cooked i loved it. Not sure if i would stay here again though.
