Premier Inns are always reliable as a brand and this one is no different. Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable bed. My only disappointment was the chargeable parking. £5 a night.. I don't understand as its not anywhere near a Town centre or anything to warrant charging. Just feels like they are gaining extra money for the sake of it.
Booked 3x rooms for my family and myself with breakfast. You do have to pay for the breakfast, however, it’s worth it for the price.nYou pay £5 for a per day parking, but it is nothing.nRooms are very clean. Breakfast is fantastic. Staff are amazing, from reception to room cleaners. I will always recommend this place to anyone and definitely use it again. Many thanks to Premier Inn staff.
Stayed here at this hotel for one night and rooms are very clean and spacious.... food at the restaurant downstairs are so good... we had a chicken burger and a beef steak , one of the best steak, burger also so yummy. Had a good variety of drinks menu and enjoyed their cocktail offer....
Location is good but very noisy if you open the window. Traffic movement 24 hournBooked as an overnight before starting a cruise from TilburynRoom and bathroom very clean. Bed very comfortable. Down side, the bath is very high to climb into.... Not easy for an oldie with a bad hip but I'd manage it.nDidn't eat there so can't comment on the foodnYou have to pay for parking but there were plenty of cameras watching the area.
Usual Premier Inn rooms, comfy & clean. Decent location for a trip to Lakeside. Booked restaurant for dinner then, when we turned up for dinner, we were informed the kitchen had a major issue & there would be no service. We had to drive to Lakeside to get dinner.
