I complained about the noisy air-conditioning that kept switching itself on during the night. I spoke to the duty manager who promised it would be sorted out and I would get money back as part of the good night sleep guarantee. A month passed and I heard nothing and got no money back. They must have known about the complain as I usually get online feedback request but after this stay I got nothing. Shame a bit cause with my new job I will be traveling and it's up to me to choose the hotel I'm staying in. Which won't be premier Inn now.

Extremely lovely and polite staff. Food was fantastic. Will never stay at a Travelodge again only ever Premier Inn now! Well done team

2nd time and last time i will stay here! Staff seem to go missing, nobody at the check in desk same as last time! Nobody at the bar when I came down, again the same as last time! Food disgraceful very thing I wanted wasn't available, yes same as last time! I would highly recommend the premier inn at thurrock east far far far superior in every aspect !!!

Decent sized rooms. Courteous staff. Breakfast and dinner available in package. Business orientated.
