Mouldy food delivered sent out this morning by Thurrock delivery Kitchen.nOrdered two breakfast rolls this morning on Uber eats. Food was delivered. We received two bacon rolls and one of them had a small spot of mould on it.nnReported it to Mcdonalds and they said it wasn't their issue to deal with as we ordered through Uber.nI think Mouldy food is their issue personally.
Drive through yesterday - food order wrong, charged for 2 medium fries when I asked for 1. The filet-o-fish was brown inside the breadcrumbs were rock solid and a slither of cheese on bun. The worst McDs I’ve visited!!
This McDonalds was fine, nothing special. Looks like it has had a bit of a refurb since last time we had been here a few years back. There is some parking outside, not much but some, but it is right next to the retail park, so plenty near by if required.
Had a drive thru after a quick trip to the local area, it was very busy but the staff coped well and the wait time was very impressive with the amount of cars there. Also some of the staff were helping with a delivery so extra pressure on the staff inside cooking and serving. Food was hot and as I say reassembly quick to come out. Area was clean and the bins didn’t look empty.
The best double cheeseburger I've ever had from McDonald's.
