Myself and partner ate here the other day we went in to McDonald's and order on the self service as a takeaway. Food was placed and ordered then we got the food. I asked for sauces that you get when you go throw the drive thru. A lady said i had to pay £0.15p each for a condiment. So i didn't get any sauce. So i sat in McDonald's in lakeside and witnessed a staff member pouring in cold oil into a hot fryer in mid service. When i witnessed that i was so shocked and surprised and left the place. I took photos of how dead it was and the lack of taking care of service and the order screen was packed but not cleared of orders.nnAlso as the staff member tried to charge me £0.15p for a sauce condiment i left restaurant and got in car and did a order thru the drive thru and i didnt get charged for the sauce condiments. It cant be 1 rule and another rule if you use the drive-thru way.
Absolute joke of a McDonald gonna be contacting Hr.nThe manager need some serious training how to manage a store, inside was disgusting rubbish everywhere, why there’s no one walking round clearing up emptying bin’s ect like every branch,nnWaited almost an hour for my food which I paid through the app as the till and kiosks were closed and the lady was confused how I ordered food online through the McDonalds app ‍ and saying it shouldn’t have gone through .nnThey were turning away people saying there’s no tills and only taking drive thru and delivery orders.nThis in turn made a lot of people confused and angry being a 24/7 lettting people in but not taking orders .nThis resulted in a man stealing someone online delivery bag and walking out.nThe staff never sore and were all confused were it went.nBut it was shocking the way they ran it.nnAfter I almost finally got my food after asking several times my burger and dippers were done say there god knows how long and was waiting on fries.nnBurger my stone cold dippers were coldnChips only thing decent, even coke had no syrup in it.nnNot to mention the kitchen mess jeeezz, under the fries station was chips on the floor were they stand under neath it with packaging also on the floor.nAnd there was burger bun and mozzarella dippers nuggets all on the floor.nBins overflowing.nNeed serious investigation and everyone retrained.
ABSOLUTELY APPALLING Food & Service. Walked inside at 2:30am had to wait 15 minutes to be able to order... Fries are absolutely blank & tasteless McDonald's Flavour is Dead no Salt just fries as you make them at home. Prices are High and Quality & Size are Rubbish. Apple Pie is half size but doubled in price. Why people are still paying for this rubbish I don't know. All I know is that I won't anymore..! Shame to you, absolute rip-off!
Just got in for a quick meal. Plenty of parking available. Restaurant is quite empty right now, but the drive-through seems busy. Suits me fine. Waiting on the meal. Like the newish layout.
Great food and service. Dropped in while my truck was being serviced, was pleasantly surprised how clean and tidy this restaurant was.nnStaff were attentive to my needs, food was hot and presented well, was tasty and great value.
