This is the worst Mc Donald's around. I Ask for Double tasty burger meal, they sheet me with a single burger when I paid for a double as it was on the offer. Then I ask for Ketchup and a BBQ Sauce they ask me fir 10p each what a scam every Mc Donald's give sauces, most of them they even give few extra. The attitude of staff was also horrible, they should serious think before they take this Job...But if you do this job do it properly no one force you to do this Job.nThe Managment was even worst... 1 Star is deffinetly to much...
Absolute joke! Second time I ordered a regular meal and they have come with NO sauce on the burger. How is it so hard to put some sauce in a burger. The restaurant has been filthy the last two occasions that I have visited, the staff don’t care unless it’s a delivery order. The completely dry burger is a joke… TWICE!
The food is very tasty and the service is pleasant.
We ordered two Big Arch meals, one of which was specifically requested without a bun or crispy onions due to a celiac dietary restriction, along with two large hot chocolates which came half full. This order was placed via the app for table service. Unfortunately, the staff failed to fulfill these specifications and responded with dismissive behavior when we pointed out the error. Would not recomend wo had better service and the service station just be for the QE2 Bridge points out of 10 - nill point. Come on MC Donalds you have 1 job get it right you could kill people with your lack of care and understanding
Not a nice experience. I paid for 2 big meals and then asked can i have a bbq sauce sachet as i explained i cannot have from the pump due to allergy cross contamination the man rudley just kept pointing to the 10p price. I said ive just brought 2 meals.. a lovely lady helped me when she asked another employe they just gave it to her. The man came over and asked what i needed the bbq sauce for... like What?!?! Then seemed to think he did me a favour giving me one after embarassing me. People shoudlnt be charged for medical problems. Other mcdonalds never do. It may just be 10p but its not the point.
