Venue is small so if you wanted to eat in. I would only advise to go on week days that are quieter. When I went it was late in the evening after 10pm on a Friday so your milage may vary. We ate in the car, the food was piping hot so I was satisfied with the meal. Have no real complaints with the meal so all good. Would recommend

This place is a joke. Always poor service on EVERY occasion I visit. Drinks half full, out of stock on certain items. Ordering touchscreen broke. Scanner for reward not working. I only dare go in here because my son likes KFC and I don't have the heart to say no to him. This is the only branch in the UK that has poor service on every level. The other KFCs seem to be fine!

Ordered via Deliveroo. Food turned up inedible. Not down to the driver but the staff who didn't put lids on the gravy or beans. Everything fell out of the bottom of the sodden bag. Disgusting. AVOID.

I just went in to buy 10 piece bucket and I am so annoyed because I was given 9 pieces instead. I called the store and I was told to bring it back to the store so they can count it. It’s absolutely out of order that your staff can’t count.

Not sure Ive ever had a speedy pleasant service here. Staff always short staffed and stressed. Just chaotic. I wonder with all the ubereats etc deliveries they think about getting extra staff to help. as the restaurant itself is really not that ever busy  No complains about food but service really poor.

Customer service is completely awful, the granny at the till has no manners and could do with hearing aids ASAP. Be more wise as to who to put on tills, manners don't cost anything...

Standard KFC! If you catch it at the right time everything's all good, if you don't, it ain't! ‍ This visit to this one was 50/50! Can't beat a Morleys for fried Chicken anyway...they need one in Grays badly!

Don't order from here placed an order for over £55.00 delivery turned up soaking wet and falling out of the bag onto the floor, called the branch manager told me not his problem contact just eat no help whatsoever , they deliver food should be in a clean environment, will be contacting the authorities in due course.

I have seen better standards of KFC, but not this one.  First of all, there is no easy car park in this area, so get ready to be looking out for your car not to get a parking ticket .  Secondly, the reception desk is not clean enough for me, KFC can do better.  Lastly, the employees that are touching the food, should be wearing gloves  and a hair net, for hygienic purposes.
