Really nice hotel with parking area. Nice and clean with a lovely cafe/restaurant area with a view of the lake which at times can make you feel you are some other location on holiday. Very pleasant. Staff polite and there to help. Nice rooms with 4 USB charging points near beds. The only downside I felt this time (this was my 3rd stay here and always enjoyed it) is that they have taken away the free tea/coffees away for the guests in the cafe. Such a shame as this really added to the charm of this hotel! Felt gutted that these were not included as I came here especially with family to enjoy the views & complimentary drinks from the cafe windows!

couldn't fault our 1 night stay here .. from checking in to having breakfast in the morning was absolutely fantastic..the staff were friendly and helpful at check in.. the staff in the evening at the bar were just as good..the room itself was perfect.the lake view was awesome.. beds were comfy.. breakfast was the best self serve I've had in any hotel stay..everything was hot ,fresh n cooked perfectly.. only downside was no fried eggs. just scrambled.. looking forward to staying here again

Clean and modern and I was given a room overlooking the lake.. Very comfortable and enjoyable stay and a stone throw from Lakeside shopping centre.. Excellent customer service and free parking
