Online check in was good. Free car parking. remember to enter your car reg at desk On arrival at reception we had a friendly, polite and efficient staff member who answered all my questions. We had a double room 127 in the annex reached via a lift. Although room was very small okay for an overnight stay, it was spotlessly clean with a comfortable bed and modern bathroom fully equipped with clean towels and shampoos etc. Had a good night sleep in the queensize bed. Adjacent rooms and corridors were reasonably quiet. Buffet style continental breakfast was fresh and good value for money. My only criticism is the room was far too small for two adults. I would definitely stay here again in a larger room.
Top quality talent right here.nEvery staff member which I have had the pleasure to interact with has been absolutely fantastic, and has really made my stay comfortable and pleasant.nnThe bar/restaurant and convenient digital ordering for collection services make it extremely easy to stretch your legs, fill your belly, and relax without stepping foot off of the premises.nEverything I've ordered has been great and served with a smile.nnThe ironing facilities and dry cleaning service are very useful for work stays.nnI've only stayed in one room in the main building which was very nice and comfortable. The door was a little bit squeaky but most aren't, and I know that if I had asked the staff that they would have been more than happy to work to resolve that for me, but I didn't feel any need to do so, because it's not really an issue.nnI would definitely be happy to stay here again.nnThank you ibis London Thurrock, please make sure to reward your excellent staff for their exceptional attitude and hard work!
The hotel is situated in an industrial area, providing a large parking lot.nThe Lakeside Shopping Center is conveniently nearby, taking just 4 minutes by car or 25 minutes on foot. This hotel offers good, decent accommodations that are well worth the price, making it a practical choice for travelers. The amenities are adequate, and the location, though industrial, is convenient for shopping and other needs. Overall, it’s a satisfactory option that delivers what it promises.
I am an old Hotel Professional and I think this hotel is just right and even better than just right for any Hotel can offer. It even made me think what other hotels charge a lot more can have to offer that this hotel doesn't. I am a satisfied customer. I wish i could live here forever. Staff are exceptionally good and feels like home and staff the family. These are my personal feelings and experience in this hotel. I am an amputee on wheelchair and this place has been the best thing happened to me since my amputation. I promise.
Looks over the M25 and Britannia Bridge, but the sound proofing is excellent and you hear nothing! Rooms are modern but showing wear in places, beds very comfortable and shower hot and strong. Staff friendly and attentive. Good location for Lakeside shopping centre, with loads of food outlets. Visit was to work at local business, so location was perfect!
