Walked in and at first I was impressed. Staff freindly and helpful, they know the menu well and can alter it to suit you, service was quick and the place seems clean and tidy, but alas this changed as time went on. One of the waitresses cleared a table of 5 glasses and one glass bottle for drinking water. The lady behind the bar loaded the glasses into the tray for cleaning, but grabbed the bottle, refilled it, looked around and popped the lid back on and put it with the other bottles on the shelf. All it takes is one of the previous users to sneeze over the bottle, use the toilet without washing their hands etc and then this bottle is now on your table contaminating you. While waiting for my burger to turn up I looked into part of the kitchen, saw one of the chef's take off his hat, wipe his brow with his hand, ruffle his hair, put his hat back on and continue to handle food. When my food turned up, yeah it looked ok and was well presented, chips were fine, but a few oat the bottom were wet. As for the burger, this was the same, the bottom of the but was saturated and soggy. Now was this water from lettuce or was it washing up water or a chemical cleaner? Don't know and don't want too. Then the staff were consuming drinks in full view of customers, could go on. This place needs a good manager to come in and kick some butt to get this bunch and place uptown a standard that it should be. Won't be going back as I'd like to keep my dinner down.

Visited on two consecutive days. First day the service was appalling, disinterested weird staff not listening to order. Second day service excellent and a lovely experience.
