Fantastic service as always. Server was a great guy who was all to happy to do anything that was required to make our meal more enjoyable. The food was a little disappointing. I had a burger, and it was really dry. Yes, I could have complained, but dry burgers seem to be an increasing trend at any TGI Fridays. Won't stop me coming here, but maybe it's time to change what I have on the menu!

Very good service from Jamone. He was pleasant and very helpful. Food was good and up to the TGI's standard. Would visit the West Thurrock branch again. Would recommend. Front of house staff were very welcoming too.

Great food, the service can be a bit slow, especially when requesting drinks. On occasion the fries were COATED in salt which had to be returned, we were offered a refund which eased the blow to a ruined meal. Overall a great restaurant.

Great food and staff however ensure you book a slot before going there as the wait for a table can be extremely long up to 45mins most times.

Had a works do on a Saturday night. Pre booked for 10 a week in advance but still had to wait 45mins for our table. Was given a discount on bill but would of preferred to been seated on time. Bar very crowded but served promptly. Bar staff fantastic and friendly! Food was good and all arrived together and hot which doesnt always happen. Had a nice meal overall. Staff helpful as always
