Fantastic experience. A lovely hotel in a lovely location. 10-15 minute walk to the shops and pubs. The staff were friendly and helpful and were happy to answer any questions or get something if needed. The rooms were air conditioned which was a blessing in this heat.
Windows do not open, avoid.nnThe staff are great.nThe location is great.nThe bed is comfy.nnHowever,nnThe room is far too hot, stuffy, airless and the whole hotel hums of cooked food and sweat.nnIn what can only be described as sheer madness, The Air conditioning is set to 19.C?!?nnWe're in Wales here, let me breathe the air!
One of the pleasant Premier Inns I've been, since I work as a mobile Radiographer. The staff when I checked inn was polite and welcoming. Their food is the highlight of my stay, they have some delicious food on their menu and they also has lovely staffs on top of their scrumptious foodnI'm excited to stay there again next week!
Very good hotel.nVery friendly and helpful staff.nVery comfortable bed and a good size room.nLarge car park and very easy to walk into town.nLovely breakfast well cooked and very tasty
I can not fault this place really. But I do have one gripe. Staff were amazing site well situated for where myself and my partner needed to be, however the room was so so so so so so so hot. I over heat easily but my partner is always cold but when she is complaining that she is hot and I am having to use a towel to dry off that is an issue. We were on the 2nd floor and you could nut turn the heating below 19 degrees. No fan and windows don't open even with a security restricter. My partner was not doing anything the two days we was there but I was and I really struggled with not sleeping great and then doing something very physical and around heat. Again I have to say the staff absolutely amazing location brilliant heat off the chart. Would I go again yes in the middle of the next ice age heat wise staff and placement every single time.
