I had a good stay at Putney Bridge. The connectivity is a major advantage, with easy access to the ferry, the Putney Underground Tube Station although not accessible for wheelchairs and buggies, Putney National Rail, and a bus stop just steps away. The family room was comfortable, though there was no oven in the room. The staff were helpful and always ready to guide us. The tap water in the bathroom was drinkable, as is common in the UK. However, it’s always good to confirm the availability of safe drinking water. Overall, I’d rate the stay 4/5. Nearby activities: Fulham palace, Ferry on the River Thames Tube stations Chelsea football
Great location, underground and bus stop right next door. I was given 6 floor, good views. I would stay again. Staff are friendly and helpful. Clean room, comfortable, air conditioning available. I went to the restaurant twice for evening meals. Food was nice. The only problem I had was not being able to pay by card in the restaurant for some reason. I would recommend taking some cash with you in case you have the same issues.
Good location for visiting central London as only 2 minutes walk from the tube station. Friendly staff. The room was clean and in good condition. Nice buffet breakfast in clean dining room. The only thing letting it down is that the outside of the hotel is starting to look a bit shabby. Great sunsets from Putney Bridge. For people on a budget, I would recommend.
I can't say the rooms were brand new. But reception was super helpful and kind. Also, the location of the hotel is very convenient for public transport users. The underground is just 2 minutes away by walking and the bus stop is in front of the hotel entrance. Overall, I was happy with my stay.Rooms: 3/5
I don't get why people complaining, it is a cheap hotel and still they've offered me comfort, excellent service and an amazing breakfast. Premier Inn amazed me, yes there is out of date things and yes there is rust here and there, but I cannot fail them on their excellent service and comfortability at a decent price. The hotel was so central to the underground and bus services. The buffet breakfast was tasty and they had a variety. There were a group of guests, wh thought they were at the Rotz and expected poached eggs, instead of complaining the hotel staff got them the poached eggs with a smile. Will definitely be back. Rooms: Comfortable. Nearby activities: Straight drop off to London Central. Safety: Very safe and very point on who they let in. No room card, no access. Walkability: Close to amenities and public transport. Food & drinks: Great bar with a good selection of snacks.
I booked this hotel via its own websiteand paid for itAfter arriving exhausted from overseas,I attempted to check in at around 1300hrs only to be told that my room is not ready. I therefore showed them my email I received from them specifying that check in was from 1200hrs.find screenshot attached. After showing the email again they said that I was wrong. So,long story short,I ended up walking around for about 30-40 minutes and returning again. I got 2 answers; 1: The rooms are not ready yet.. And 2: There are rooms available but you have to pay £10 extra for early checkin. Confused? "We cannot do anything about it because the system won't allow us" Yet 10 mins later I was in the room! Anyway,I would like to thank the polite gentleman that said they wouldn't charge me the extra £10.after paying £150 for 1 night!
We come for holiday and decide to stay at Premier Inn Putney as was easy for us to travel to central London. Amazing staff, taste breakfast and room clean. The lady in reception Cristina was very friendly and helpful with what we need to know. Really recommend this hotel.Rooms: 5/5
This Premier Inn was very disappointing as far as the building, reception area and rooms were concerned. Very poor. Carpets old and smelly , needs a total refurbishment. Staff very nice but definitely won't be stopping again I'm afraid. Views were lovely so a real shame. Rooms: Basic, old fashioned, not very clean, nice view through dirty windows. Beds very small. My feet were hanging off the edge. I'm 5 ft 11. Wouldn't want to spend much time in there. Shower poor.
Despite its drab exterior our bedroom was freshly refurbished , warm and comfortable and we had a great breakfast. The front of house staff were really helpful and friendly.Rooms: 5/5
Good hotel in a decent location, well priced. If anything the hotel was slightly dated compared to some other premier inns but still a good place to stay in London on a budget.Hotel highlightsQuiet, Great value
