Absolutely loved our stay. Close to everything, shops restaurants, train and bus stops. Definitely recommend. 10/10 Every staff member we spoke to went above and beyond to help us have an enjoyable stay. Rooms: Our room was spotless. Very quiet and great size. Walkability: Bus stops and train station was a very short walk up the road. Fantastic Food & drinks: Breakfast was fantastic. Staff in the restaurant were absolutely beautiful.
I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, the experience was great. The room was clean and comfortable, the amenities were excellent, and the staff were friendly and professional. However, there was one major inconvenience that impacted my stay. In the middle of the night, the fire alarm went off, waking up all the guests. Thankfully, it turned out to be a false alarm, but it was quite a disturbance. The next morning, the staff were very apologetic about the incident. While their sincerity was appreciated, it would have been a nice gesture if they had offered something like a free coffee to make up for the disruption. Despite this issue, I would still recommend this hotel for its overall quality and service. Just a little more attention to customer care during such incidents would make the stay perfect.
My girlfriend and I flew from Cyprus and stayed at this hotel for a week. We were surprised at how polite the staff were, thank you for that. A very clean and beautiful room, which was carefully taken care of every day while we were walking in the city. It is close to the metro and bus stop, in the evening you can sit in front of the hotel and drink wine. Everything is just great!
The hotel was small but cozy, making it perfect for a city trip. It's conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the nearest subway station. Although we didn't book breakfast, it was available. The very friendly staff made our stay even better, storing our luggage before check-in and offering to keep it after checkout. Stayed there recently with my girlfriend for 2 nights. Were welcomed friendly nicely, room wasn't ready but stored our luggage. Room No5 spacious, clean and tidy. Despite being located on a frequently used street it was quite during the night. Breakfast buffet contained a good variety of choices. Staff, in particular Maya and Aman from Breakfast and Nadeen, Francesca and Stefanie from Reception, was friendly, smiling and helpful at all times! We will definitely come back!
I really enjoyed my time there, there were a few small issues with the rooms but nothing major. And with such an amazing staff, good food, and proximity to public transport and shops I would definitely recommend this hotel. If I'm back in the area, they can definitely expect to see me again Food & drinks: The breakfast was the same every day and it's absolutely delicious. The attached restaurant also has good food if you want to have other meals there

Excellent hotel. Location is great, a 5 minute walk to East Putney Tube Station with great ease getting to anywhere in London. We stayed to attend Football at Stamford Bridge and its super easy to get there. Staff were attentive and friendly. Parking was super easy for us and seemed to be spaces free whilst we were there but we did stay midweek. Twin Superior Room was a great size with 2 double beds. Rooms clean and comfortable. Amazing value for money.
