Reception staff v friendly and told you everything you needed to know. Rooms clean which is usually top of my list when doing any of these. No air conditioning but knew that when I booked and was fortunate to have two fans in room even if they struggled with the hot and sticky conditions. Breakfast was OK in the pub next door though our works canteen does a better cooked dish. A full car park suggested this place is popular and I would certainly recommend it for an overnight stay en route elsewhere.
Mixed feelings about this one, location was quiet and the staff in particular were great but our room wasn't up to the normal Premier Inn standards. We booked a family room and were informed before arrival that the air conditioning in the room didn't work, instead a fan would be provided. The fan had either wind tunnel or off as settings and unfortunately wasn't suitable for use during the night. Beds were a bit hit and miss too as the sofa bed was very firm, however we all made it through the night and enjoyed breakfast too. The staff deserve special mention with the housekeeping staff in particular being incredibly cheerful, they certainly changed my own view of the stay.
My 6 year old daughter and I stayed here for a 1 night. On arrival we were greeted and checked in by a very friendly and helpful male member of staff. Our room was very clean and tidy and well stocked with tea & coffee. The room was very quiet and we had a good night's stay. We headed to the McDonald's just a short walk over the road for our dinner and we had breakfast in the pub next door, which was very nice.
The room was modern and clean. The beds were very comfortable. We needed wheelchair access, which was easy. The staff were all really helpful and friendly. Special mention for Maggie, who helped plan future options for disabled access. We will definitely use them again.
Maggie went beyond the call of duty and went the extra mile to make sure that my stay went very smoothly. You really get the feel that you are very welcome here. A big thank you to Maggie - she has a great rapport with guests. Thank you. I can highly recommend this hotel with free parking and no ANPR car index nonsense. Room was very cool with fans - very much appreciated. The Management team must understand a guests needs and they do here. A special mention to Maggie. Jon. O.
We had to leave our other accommodation due to it being sub par and came to this hotel instead and it lives up to Premier’s Inn’s reputation for getting the same experience at every hotel. Staff were lovely, Brewer’s Fayre has lovely dinners and breakfast was really good. Beds and room were great too!
Location is not bad it's next to a McDonald's a shell petrol station and a Costa coffee place, there is plenty in the sarounding area, shopping malls etc and not to far away from plenty of seaside place. We've stayed at this hotel a few times the staff is great, the room are plenty big enough and always clean. Rooms: Big enough and clean Nearby activities: Loads of shopping places a short drive away, also seaside places a drive away Food & drinks: Plenty of free tea and coffee, also located next to a brewers Noteworthy details: We've stayed a few times, great price
Another great premier inn but this time without the usual £100+ price tag. Free parking too so this makes for the best premier inn I have stayed in thus far. The on site brewers inn was also a great place to eat.Rooms: 5/5
Well this was a clean and bright room, warm with heater just what we needed for a nights stay. The brewers fayre next door did great all u can eat brekkie was not going to have it, but glad I did, sausages had flavour and very good food and great man managing it very friendly, highly recommend staying at one of these, better than the hotel at bristol which was dark and dingy and double the price we paid 120 for Bristol and this was 65.00 , we will use again
It does what it says on the tin. Great customer service, quiet room as requested, comfortable bed, lovely hot shower. In fact, they even had the room ready for my requested early check-in. Love it...Rooms: 5/5
