Having stayed at many hotels over the years This bed and breakfast establishment is in my opinion above all of them . From the moment you arrive you are met with a friendly and warm welcome and offer of hot drink . The food is excellent and plentifully, your host's are always available to help or advise you . But also respect your privacy. The house is spotless, the rooms are very comfortable, there is nothing you require in the room , ( but if you do require anything then nothing seems too much trouble for them ) In all I would recommend this b&b to any and all The best I have stopped in . Lovely place to stay. The house is really well looked after and the bedrooms are really nice as well. Clean and tidy and good food. The owners are really friendly and know slot about the area. Would recommend this place to anyone.

First class small b & b run by Mike and Sue. Stayed here for one night after watching the Thursford Christmas Spectaculor. We received a very warm welcome. We'd organised in advance for a simple ploughmans 'tea' which was very freshly made. Accommodation is better than many more expensive hotels. There are 3 bedrooms, all on-suite which makes this idea for family/small groups. There is a good sized residents lounge and separate dining area both of which are immaculate. The garden is large with a partially covered patio and I imagine fabulous to use in warmer/sunnier months. Breakfast was excellent with a range of home made preserves. I highly recommend.
