We stayed here with a last minute emergency booking on the night of Saturday 3rd January 2026, when all the roads going north were blocked. The Receptionist was really lovely. She was very welcoming, polite, understanding and friendly. Her Customer Service skills were excellent. She went the extra mile, and made us feel very special and she is a very kind and lovely person, who clearly loves her job and is very good at it. She is a People Person, who knows how to treat people and makes them feel at home, relaxed and comfortable. I think her name was Elaine. First Class Service, and we will be back! .......
Stopped over on the way to a funeral. Mainly to change and have a hot drink.nIt was relatively early. The venue was empty. As is always the case the staff were accommodating and helpful.nParking is ample with a sign in process to avoid parking charges. The venue is tired and could do with a make over.
FANTASTIC STAFF! I didn't stay the night, but my trailer broke down and I still had 5 hours left of my drive with my baby in the car at 11pm, they helped me out massively, the staff are lovely and fantastic and do go above and beyond! Thank you so much!
This Premier Inn is alot cheaper than the one near McDonald's when I reviewed the prices. Wifi was good and fast. Car park can get busy, but plenty of space for the hotel and restaurant. ANPR so you need to add your registration to the machine in the hotel. Nice ok room, great breakfast. I arrived 8pm so not that much to see. Would I stay again. Yes.
Lovely room and the reception staff were lovely. Breckast was lovely.nWe stayed one night as we were doing the polar express in Brechin.nFantastic would stay again
