Great location. Very friendly, helpful welcoming staff. Room was comfortable, very clean, everything worked. Bathroom very clean with a great shower. Breakfast included in price was excellent. It was the perfect place to stay for a busy weekend break. I will definitely go again.
I found the staff very helpful and polite! The young gentleman I was dealing with went out of his way to accommodate my needs and questions. Due to the hotel's central location, I would suggest that the windows which face the front of the hotel should be changed as the traffic noise could be a little overwhelming for the light sleepers. The reception/bar/breakfast could do with some paint as the patched-up ceiling, and what I assumed to be water damage is pretty obvious. I found the room comfortable and clean.
Great base for seeing this part of Scotland. Places near by for eating out, drinks were nice and reasonable price. Great Breakfast
Great Central location and the staff arenso so nice, couldn't do enough to help.nThe rooms are cosy and warm with comfortable beds, tea and coffee kettle in room. The breakfast was good too.
Possibly the worst hotel in Dundee? Certainly the worst I've stayed in.nnThe central location is the only upside.nParking is limited, except adjoining the low ceiling council car park which was not cheap. And no discount is offered.nnMost of the food on the, extremely basic, 'menu' was unavailable how can you run out of onion rings? And what arrived was clearly cooked from frozen, barely warmed up and of extremely poor quality.nnDon't start me on the toilets 3 urinals out of order as well as a sink and the toilet was actually so disgusting as to be unusable! I will not share the pictures!!nnLasted one night before transferring to another hotel.nnAvoid at all costs!
