Rooms are small, but charming and cozy. We got a room with a view of the Tay, so beautiful. The Scottish breakfast is amazing. A walk down Perth you have shops, cafés, pubs, and City Center is not too far. Clean, well kept, what more could you ask.

The lady who owns the guest house is very hospitable, the service was outstanding. The room we had was very comfortable, and we recieved a lovely breakfast. Dog was very friendly! :)

As soon as we went there we could see how terrible the building was. When we went inside one of the owners left and she let us alone and 1 minute later the other owner came. We could immediately smell the mould and the bad energy that the house has. There wasn't any elevator and we had to take our heavy luggage at the top floor by our own. We said to him that this is very difficult because the bags were at least 20 kilos but he said that he couldn't help us because he has back pain. The stairs were so tiny ans dangerous. When we went into the room the smell was evem worst and around the windows there was black mould. We said to him that it's impossible to stay there because my mother has asthma and he said to us " Aahh Cypriots,leave!" He also said that he wasn't going to charge us but 10 minutes after we left we get informed by our bank that he blocked £121 from my mother account! It was the worst experience that we have ever had and the atmosphere it was very unpleasant and scary! The owners were very strange with very rude behaviour!
