Only went here for breakfast, but most Premier Inn follow the same format depending on age and refurbishment roll out programmes. They are all clean and comfortable. Staff were attentive and friendly, breakfast was excellent as always.

I received an email to check in online but this service didn't work. Check in time was after 2pm and we arrived shortly after this however we had to wait at reception abit longer than expected as no-one was there. I pressed the bell twice and then 2 people came out to us at the same time. The room was on the ground floor, it was spacious and we had what we needed. We are a family of 4 our children are young so we went to sleep early. The noise from upstairs disturbed us abit but I imagine us getting up at 6am probably did the same to the rooms around us. We will be staying regularly due to family recently moving nearby, I would stay again but wondering if a first floor room would be better... Although I think the family rooms are all on the ground floor. Staff were friendly when we checked out early the following morning.

My elderly parents stayed here over Christmas as they could not stay with me because of the stairs in my home. The staff were fabulous and did everything they could to look after them, raising the bed,  arranging for an extra chair, bath mat etc. They stayed in an accessibility room which had rails by the bath/shower and toilet and emergency cords in case assistance was needed. The care they showed my parents was truly amazing.

Clean spacious rooms, great restaurant next door. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Not much more you could want from a Premier Inn. Large Tesco also next door. Recommended.
