I stayed here about two years ago. I also have to say props to Maria, incredible Customer Service all around but Maria went above and beyond. I live locally but had to get a very early train to London the next day and this hotel was the cheapest by far, feels like I didn’t pay them enough for the service I got! Please keep doing what you do. We need more people like you! Right next to the Tesco as well, which is absolutely perfect and only a few minutes walk from the town centre, couldn’t be in a better location
Dear Sir/Madam,nI am writing to formally complain about the standard of the room I have been allocated at the Premier Inn Aldershot, 7 Wellington Avenue.nUpon arrival on Monday 15 June, I was allocated a disabled access room, which includes a lowered bath and sink. This was not suitable for my needs. I immediately requested a room change; however, I was informed by reception that no alternative rooms were available at that time, and that six rooms would become available the following day Tuesday 16 June. I was advised to return to reception in the morning to request a move.nFollowing this advice, I returned to reception the next morning and was told that room availability would not be known until after check-out and was asked to return later in the day. After returning from my course later that afternoon, I again approached reception, only to be informed that the only available rooms were Premier rooms and that the matter would need to be discussed with the duty manager. I was later told no room move would be possible.nIn addition to the unsuitable room allocation, I have experienced several faults in the room which I reported, including:nnBedside lights not workingnShower temperature increasing uncontrollably, resulting in my skin being burnednExcessive noise from the room above, preventing proper restnnI was informed these issues would not be addressed until Wednesday 17 June, which is unacceptable given the safety concern regarding the shower and the impact on my stay.nI was provided with a Guest Relations contact number; however, when I called, I was advised that no action could be taken until I had checked out of the hotel. This has left me without support during my stay.nGiven that I am attending a course with long days, I require a suitable, safe, and comfortable room to rest in, as expected from Premier Inn’s stated standards.nI have requested to speak directly with the manager and would like to formally request either:nnAn immediate room change within the hotel, ornA transfer to an alternative Premier Inn in the Aldershot area
nI recently stayed at the Premier Inn Aldershot and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, but what really made my stay exceptional was the outstanding customer service from the staff.nA special thank you to Maria and Jenni, who were serving breakfast during my stay. They were both incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making every morning a pleasure. Their positive attitude, professionalism, and excellent service created a warm and inviting atmosphere in the restaurant.nFrom check-in to check-out, all the staff were courteous and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests had a comfortable stay. It's clear that the team takes great pride in providing excellent customer service.nThank you, Maria and Jenni, and the entire Premier Inn Aldershot team for making my stay so enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future.
I’ve stayed at Premier Inn Aldershot multiple times for work now, and it’s consistently a great experience. The rooms are always clean, comfortable, and quiet—exactly what you need after a long day on the road.nOne thing that really stood out on my most recent stay was the food. I’ve had Premier Inn pizzas at other locations before and, if I’m honest, they’ve been a bit hit and miss—so I wasn’t expecting much. But this one completely surprised me. It was genuinely really tasty, well cooked, and full of flavour, so a big compliment to the chef, Gina, for getting it spot on.nThe service is also worth mentioning. Maria on the bar/waitressing team was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and made me feel really welcome. Her colleague Simona was just as lovely and hospitable, and together they created a really relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.nAll in all, a reliable and comfortable place to stay with great staff and surprisingly good food. I’ll definitely be back again for future work trips.
I attended as part of a church group for a conference and forgot to book my reservation early which meant I had to book a wet room which was the only room left. I called, spoke with Bozena and asked if my booking could pls be monitored and room changed to a double room should they have any cancellations. Bozena said she’ll try her best and keep an eye.nnA BIG SHOUT OUT to Bozena, she kept an eye on my booking as promised and managed to change my room. I also had a portable air conditioner in my room which was so needed. That is what I call exceptional service. A Huge Thank You to Bozena.nnThe hotel was clean and well maintained, the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely be staying there again the next time we have a conference and would recommend to friends and family.
